And to say people liked this season still shocks me. It definitely is more action based but it just feels like almost nothing major happened, just delinquents or teenagers beating each other up because of an honor student trying to keep his "job" in a syndicate which Baejin had some good intentions for the money he gets.
They didn't have to fully bring the charm from season 1 but this approach just isn't right for this, it needs to be meaningful "unnecessary" fights rather than unnecessary itself. The ending was wholesome though but not the post credits scene of course.
Don't let the score fool you. For a zombie drama, this show shouldn't really be rated any higher than an 8. For a romance drama, this show shouldn't be rated higher than an 8.5. The rating for this is too high.
Main leads have good chemistry to take down the bad guys but the zombie aspect is heavily lacking and people just say this show is so amazing but IMO hell no lol. Good actors, decent story, a zombie story where there isn't really enough zombies but to build up the relationship of the main couple. I'm just disappointed with the zombies for this show but I highly respect the good romance this show brought but sorry, that 8.9 is undeserving. Romance good but zombies bad doesn't mean 8.9, it means maybe 8.5 or lower.
