idk maybe I've not seen the best dramas or movies out there and I've liked all of YY's dramas from TKA but no drama or movie has touched me so much like this one I could feel all their emotions from their POV they did an amazing job portraying the characters feelings I've never cried along with the characters so much before even the supporting actors have done a good job well done yang yang WangChuran and the team👍🏻❤️

this drama is a slow burn romance with leads having traumatic experiences in their life and also they got separated 10 years ago so take time to get back together you'll see them official together from ep 24 with a proper chemistry and romance before that there is angst and push and pull relation (bcz of their past) but they still love each other also the character have their own complexities you need to watch the drama with their POV in order to enjoy and understand it now you can decide if you want to start or not and majority of people are enjoying this so i'll suggest to watch it

Songyan always hoped to get back together with xuqin that's why he never stopped saving money for the house when he met her again that hope sparked again he didn't knew what she had become after 10years what her feelings are now but he came to know that she still love him but still doesn't have that much courage to just be with him and stand against her family for their relationship he is shoving her way bcz he doesn't want her to be back with him with any uncertain thoughts as he fears he wouldn't be able to handle that abandonment again but he is still waiting and hoping for her to develope that courage to do the things she love to be with person she loves he never gave up on her that's why he never stopped saving for the house regardless of what their end would be I don't think songyan was planning to grow old in his uncle and aunts house so he wanted to buy the house which the girl he loved always wished to had Songyan character is not vague in novel or in the drama it's just not everybody can understand
