Not me binging The red sleeve today π just because of him. Ok it was on my PTW list for a long time now. I've heard many good comments about it but I guess I was waiting for Lee Junho to make me wanna watch it badly. I prefer him better in King the land, he has such the charisma here. Love it π«
With all due respect, I wasn't waiting for this drama or July 2023 to hear about those stereotypes regarding the arab princes. Not just them tbh, there will always be different and many stereotypes about many of our homelands and it's actually not the end of the world. In this case I don't understand what the fuss is about. We all know rich people have mostly no limits (no matter the race or religion) and if they don't feel bad about it, why go down the road to feel ashamed for them? People of my country too are depicted as criminals in some movies, well that doesn't make me feel bad. I'm not them or my country is not just the famous criminals. That's how the world has been working for a long time now: bad news travel easier and faster than good ones. Let's just take it easy. β€
this is just pure entertainment. nothing else. I mean if we look at the seriousness of this series, ML doesn't…
ahahahahahaha I found the secretary's scenes funny at first, but now during the trip, he's literally getting on my nerves. π€£ let's just got back to ML kicking him out of the office in every possible violent way π€£π€£π€£
no y'all don't understand: I'M OBSESSED WITH THE KISSING SCENES. π«β€ this is the part that I struggle most with kdramas, the kissing scenes are kinda vain and cringe but ugh these two π
true, nothing new but somehow I'm enjoying and these beautiful leads are giving some of the best kissing scenes I've watched in kdramas. I'm loving it.
Nah this is just soo nice :D OFC I came here because of the controversies and whatever but yeah I don't see the problem people have complained about. This is just a good romcom and that's all about it. I find the leads very entertaining and talented. 10/10 guys
I enjoyed how the ML remained calm throughout the show in whatever situation he was in, even when he was jealous.…
Yessssss I totally agree. Actually I feel like there's more parental pressure in kdramas rather than cdramas, yet this was my only 3rd cdrama so maybe my opinion is not correct. But I very much enjoyed their healthy family. And you're so right about the leads, there were many memorable scenes not just because of the script but mainly because of the acting.
Anyways What's your fav scene from this drama?? Me was when Sangzhi was taking pictures of Jiaxu secretly and…
Here I goooo... Let me start by saying there were many memorable scenes:
1- I will start with EP24 where DJ is awake at night, thinking and SZ comes and he says I love you to her for the first time. I think he killed that scene. 2- when they were at his mother's grave 3- at the airport when SZ flied to DJ cause she thought he had a gf 4- at SZ's bd, when he asked to woo her and she'd play around 5- drunk scene, man he was just so sweet to her T_T 6- I liked how she handled the pursuing girl in both scenes, especially the water splash. 7- also at the airport when SZ flied back to DJ cause she thought he'd break up with her. It's when she told him she had liked him for a long time. 8- also the first snow scene.
They both did great and Yan too was such a fun character to watch. He also killed that hair style. I would've liked to see DJ in such hair style too.
I'm stunned by the fact Lusi is just 24, she's a great actress the way she changed her character from younger…
She's a natural indeed. What a great great job. They really didn't feel forced or so. Ok the kissing scenes were not my favs but I guess that's how far they go in general :p As per the rest of the scenes, such good acting skills from both of them.
I didn't wanna comment anything as I'm mid episodes and don't wanna get any spoilers but maaaaan can he be any sweeter to her. β€ A walking green flag π
Forgot to add but in the netflix opening intro, they decide to cut out the FL as she doesnt show up at all
Thank you so much for your detailed explanation. Well... personally I feel like they shouldn't quite condemn her career due to mistakes these famous people can make in their real life. Things happen. Ofc a car crash can result in a tragedy and she definitely made a big mistake. I just read about it and thank God there were no injures or fatalities. Yet, imagine not giving a chance to work and live normally to all of the people that were ever convicted of something. Just because she's a celebrity, I don't think they should've reacted this way. Ofc they have their own contracts that I can't speak of and their culture is quite strict when it comes to public scandals but still.... they ruined the whole drama because of this decision which I think was unnecessary.
I totally agree and nope, it's not just your idea: the first part was definitely stronger. I read a review saying…
Oh I see now. I think it's pretty important for them that the cast keeps a good reputation. Because dropping them out mid way isn't a small deal. This practically ruined the show.
