I guess some tourist spot must be shown in a drama for it to be sponsored. For example that Space Walk in Pohang that we saw in Destined with you. A lot of kpop/kdrama fans visit Korea every year, this helps to promote places outside of Seoul/ places to visit when you are in Korea.

But then it is AoS, I can expect anything. As much as changing actors isn't the best, in this case it makes sense.
