Mostly because it’s based on a really popular novel, so fans have been waiting forever. It was supposed to air months ago, but got delayed after a supporting actor’s scandal. Plus, Zhou Ye my queen is finally back on a historical drama — the visuals look amazing and people are so ready for it.

Lmaoo me too 😭 ADWAD had me fighting for my life every day—I was in those comments like it was a full-time job. I literally had to take a break from MDL after that drama ended, it was that bad. The hate was nonstop and so irrational. I really don’t want to go through that again here. That’s why I’m already tired just seeing the same cycle starting again. Can we please have one drama where people let the story and characters breathe without jumping straight into a hate campaign? I’m really hoping we don’t have the same problem on Legend of the Female General.
