Had mixed feelings with this one š Was able to finished this because I absolutely love the main casts- Kanghoon and Juhyun! The plot was good but it was done a little poorly.
First, I do understand that this not a romance drama, but there were parts where I felt like they shouldāve given Sehyeon and Junghyun greater dynamics ācoz basically they were somehow considered as āpartnersā. However, it felt like the ml just blindly trusted the fl from the start, while the other doesnāt really treat him equally. I do understand that it is due to their personality differences but it really is a shame that their relationship (coworkers or not) wasnāt really that well-developed, but suddenly, they look cozy in the ending. I loved the ending though! Just felt like it wasnāt build up properly š
Another thing, the ML was the team leader right? He was promising (like physically strong) when catching the stalker but once in front of Sehyeonās Dad, he was weak. Yes, he was stabbed, but that scene got me š¤Øš¤Ø He can do better than that! They couldāve added more action before incapacitating him! Not to mention that all throughout the series, the police force were like a decoration, SSH basically almost did everything herself. This aspect couldāve been written betterš
But anywayyys, you guys should still watch it and see for yourselves š I just wish there are accurate eng subs for this oneš
Just finished watching it and I love it! As a fantasy lover, I really enjoyed that itās a binge-worthy drama without a super heavy plot. It aināt perfect but def a great watch!
And if I might sayā¦ KIM WOO BIN IS FREAKING GORGEOUS!!! š When the first teaser came out, I honestly felt a bit unsure ā I thought the concept wouldnāt really suit his looks. But wow, I was so wrong! I CANNOT STOP STARING AT HIM! Iāve never really been a fan since he usually plays antagonistic roles, and his features are so sharp that he naturally gives off that āvillain vibe.ā š But here? His visuals were šš and his acting was so good too! Iām convinced nowš I just became a fan š«£
As for Suzy, sheās still as stunning as ever! Iāve seen people say she canāt act, but come on ā her role is literally an emotionally deprived person. Despite that, you can still feel so much through her subtle expressions. I really think she did a great job.
P.S. I also came across the boycott after finishing the drama. I understand where theyāre coming from ā theyāre standing up for their religion and beliefs, and I respect and admire that. But I also genuinely liked the drama, so I really hope everything gets resolved soon. š
