Hi, I'm currently at ep 20, after the dream shard immortal arc. Contemplating whether to continue or not because I don't like what I read about the ending....
But if I stop watching, I haven't gotten to the better part which is her going back in time or their 3 lifetimes. So far the drama is Ok for me, nth spectacular, I only watch bcos I have no xianxia to watch.
Now that it's ending, I wish they'd show more of FL's wholesome maternal family: her Mom, aunt, uncle, Jiang Rui instead of her university 'friends', Ye Rong, Nie Cheng Yuan and his first love-daughter pair 🤮
My favourite arc is the snow ski resort with XG family time... You can feel their warmth :3

- What is going to happen with Jinny? Like she just accepts ML's relationship with FL? (altho of cos this k-drama skips the annoying 2FL troupe which may be a good thing) - What is going to happen when San x Min Hak's relationship goes public??? So many questions. - MH's manager is simply OK with him walking out and leaving the agency in the last episode?

Wow she graduated from Harvard! That's impressive.
Ikr. Last time some ppl used to envy her for being the heiress of Huawei founder. But she's hardworking and humble, and also worked hard to make it to both Harvard, Computer Science and the media industry
Fan theory for those who believe Seo Yul didn't end up with anyone:
At the last epi, Seo Yul re-established the academy like Master Seo. Naksu brought him 2 students, the girl with short hair who said her name (sounds like So-i).... Naksu said she has the potential to even surpass Jung Uk and Seo Yul is determined to train her hard...
Could that be So-i herself??? She has short hair n looks like her (before she went bad). Naksu even recognised the energy /strong potential ( inherited from Jin Bu yeon 's body) in her.... So maybe like how Master Lee left his soul/body to inherit a young boy's body, maybe So-i didn't die n her soul inherited a dying kid's body....
This would explain:
1) why Naksu said she has the potential to surpass Jung Uk even
2) why her name sounded like So-i....
3) So-i always said Seo Yul resembles the light for her when it was dark...
4) So-i was re-born, but she was alr slightly grown when Seo Yul saw her...(Explains the age gap than if she were to reborn as a new born baby in just a few years)
Some flaws in Part 2... Why didn't Park Jin and SongRim warriors who fought with original Naksu in S1 manage to recognise her as Naksu or find her familiar? After all, Park Jin even locked Naksu's real body in the room and her body was burned in front of the entire town to see. It's unconvincing that only Jin Mu can recognise Naksu's face

Jung So Min couldn't make it for filming for AoS 2, she had another filming on.... ..The director & crew already knew this when they were filming Part 1 ....... Go Youn Jung (the original Naksu) even went to some of the filming sites to see how it was like
But i agree that JSM should've been kept, ideally. The acting, expressions, overall vibes and character of Go Youn Jung as Jin Bu Yeon/Mu deok is just very different. It's hard to believe she is Naksu or ex-Mu deok
