For me - almost all of them are drawn out to much... i understand your point and that this show have some nice points but its so watered down it's lost all flavor... Amount of plot not justifies 1 hour long episodes... If the episodes were 20 min longs it would be more watchable while still keeping main plot intact...

Well, it kinda goes back to Hollywood were leading actors for every rom-com were rumored to dating IRL. Problem is that this kind of promotion (ships) is cheap but super effective... so deleting it altogether would be impossible... Companies earn nice money on it and the only affected parties are actors... I kinda think that to eliminate toxicity from it, we should stop using actors real names for ships and not stick actors with each other for every drama...

But GMMTV trailers are made to check viewer response - so it's not guarantee that drama would be made. It kinda have big overlap with KinnPorche so in place of GMMTV i would definitely not air it in the same year...
