I think i kinda make sense to have age or experience difference in ships... It kinda part of their work and when we have fresh newbie actor paired with each other - both wanting do their best because it their first job, they can easily be used or manipulated in doing things they are not comfortable with. It's pretty common practice and i am sure many people could share stories about their first job - where they were used.
Having more experienced actor help with setting boundaries, because they know what is common practice and would not be manipulated or pushed into something easily.
Having mentor really help - as long as its good one.

It's only two episode where they are the main couple - so it very quick watch while even the ship is the same.

I think it will pretty much divide the fandom... KinnPorshe has crazy visuals ( BUDGET!!!) so even when we already saw the story of a bodyguard / young master in need of protection several times - it was never anything on this scale. It is probably the most expansive Bl produced up to date...
But Not Me rise questions and spreads awareness over various issues while still carrying on a strong storyline. It's meaningful as you wrote - which is one of the hardest things for drama or movies. But it was lacking budget...

i just watched Puppy honey to distract myself, it still surprisingly good

I decided to watch this oldie because it was the first OffGun work together- I didn't expect much because they are a side couple but it's a surprisingly easy and cute watch. Even some of the more current BL should learn from it.

The most fun part was finding some English comments from when this show first come out - saying that actor playing Rome can't act (that why Rome is so timid) - I almost died of laughter.

Overall I really enjoyed it but knowing Gun acting abilities role of Rome was really a waste of his potential...

You might not be aware but its an adaptation of a pretty popular thai novel... so your statement "He doesn't have a character to play." is kinda false... there is source material that he just didn't put to use.
Also, others characters don't seem to have this problem... so its definitely not the script or director's fault..

It was filmed when covid first hit - then due to all new restrictions they were unable to continue filming it and just wrapped it up with material they already had...

But i can at last pretend it was really accidental...

Originality is hard - since fandom love these sugar sweet romances that have nothing to do with reality... and every time someone try to push boundaries it meet resistance...

Yes, it would be interesting. Coming of age story about first bitter-sweet love ( since first love is almost always a learning experience that never works out) and how it affected Thorn. But more than unrequited I would prefer it not working out - I don't think I saw in any BL massage - that not every love/relationship is good for you.

But as is it - they will make up and have a typical happy ending... since love needs to conquer all...

Personally, I think storyline is pretty strong, if you strip if from acting and just analyse script essence it kinda make sense. There is a lot more going on than in many other Bl - relationship-wise. If emotion were portrayed correctly it would be really good.
But its one-person show for main couple - i don't think i saw even one person who connected to this story from Fah perspective.
We have different comments siding with the other 5 leads:
- siding with Vee
- siding with Ai
- siding with Dome etc.
but comments and analysis of Fah/Thorn it's always from Torn side - making the whole storyline feel weak and one -sided. Fah is just kinda there... at one point I even thought they just wanted to portray him only through Torn eyes, like in diary but it kinda downed to me later one that it's not the case and its just actor questionable acting skills...
But I agree with you that "Sometimes less is more" should be put to use more often in Bl...

It only on disney for now, official premiere on YT in two weeks...

Don't shot me but i kinda don't like Nat in the role of Kondiao - i saw him before in Y-Dynasty and Nuea role seemed better suited to him.
His portrayal of a weak cutie is lacking impact and has this unnatural feel about it...

Yes - it's probably one of best BL show airing now. It kinda breaks the stereotypical poor needing help bottom meet rich capable top scenario.
Having an original writer who is male and a doctor also adds a realistic feel.

Sorry, but it's thanks to him we didn't get the whole 3 season of full moon - yes it was planned - to have three season. But due to his action and his refusal to star in 2 season of the show he already committed to before (because he already got his big break) - it was trashed and 2moon2 needed to start from 0.
You might not think of it as big deal - but there were whole crew of actors who lost their jobs thank to him, having their schedule suddenly free with a bad reputation around the last show they stared in.
How he didn't get sued and still able to work is just beyond me.

Why not? Thiefs also needs love ;) Not every main character need to be good person - but if they offered them redbull in very - 2000 manner - "Redbull Gives You Wings" - it would really bring some life to this show...
Anyway - don't try Our Days ( 4 ep. just aired) it give very - I am in coma - feel...

I kinda agree with you, i remember after ep. 1 i couldn't understand how it make sense to have so many flashbacks in one episode, after the third one i was like - Really? Again?
If you need so many flashbacks, maybe you should change the way you want to tell this story..
Episode 2 was also messily edited, making me confused at times what is happening but i pushed it all on limited time with too much info to share. Anyway, it clearly become better with each episode till it totally dropped in recent episodes again...
Not sure if it's true but on discord, there was some information that some storyline and plot direction changed mid-filming... so maybe your comment "the only copy of the script was put through the paper shredder and then they tried to past it back together, some parts fit, others don't" - isn't too far off...

As for Dome - what you wrote is the ideal outcome - but Dome action is more realistic because people always try to protect themself, even if its kinda cowardly... Going out with girl you don't have feelings for, being confused about his sexuality, maybe not even realizing at first his attraction toward Vee, while tasting boundaries till Vee put stop to it. I also got the impression that he never had proper break-up talk with Vee sister and just avoided her till she get the message or took another easy way out.

I also agree with going/ not going to japan storyline - does this couple have no other conversation? - it's like screenwriters squeezed their whole relationship to this one point...

Overall I really like script of this drama - it gives this realistic feel about the struggles of growing up and relationships... but it would really improve if they changed the actor who play Fah - he suck off all the life from the main pairing...
