I'm only on episode 5 and I already lost count of how many times I've cried. The story is so heart wrenching and sad, but also so incredibly beautiful. What a gorgeous premise for a show. I can't believe the comments saying they didn't cry at all or the drama is overrated. Like what? I guess it's just a matter of empathy. Some have a lot of it and some don't have any, which isn't their fault.

I'm only on ep1 and already have so much anxiety lol. But why are knives blurred out? I'm surprised even on Netflix there's censorship like that.

The first episodes are so frustrating because of the plot device. She accepting him when he felt ugly, so he would have done the same. If the show went that direction from the beginning it woulda been so nice and refreshing. Instead they use the annoying gimick plot device of her lying and catfishing and it makes the first episodes so frustrating and annoying and cliche.

Agree! As soon as I finished I started watching the Writer's other drama "Hogu's Love" and really loved that one as well. It takes a while to grow on you, but the ML is one of the best, and his relationship with the baby is one of the cutest things I've ever seen.

How do people keep saying the first episode is no good? The scene where he kisses the guy on the cheek in the bathroom had me laughing so hard I couldn't breath. If that didn't make you laugh then yeah don't watch this show cuz it's a comedy, so having a sense of humor is needed. :P

It's been a few years but I'll never forget the scene where LYK kisses the guy on the cheek in the bathroom. I laughed so hard I had to pause the show b/c I couldn't stop laughing and screaming. Then there's the romantic montage of LYK shaving Seo Jin's beard... HAHAHAHAHAHA. I gotta rewatch this show one day.

While I did enjoy this drama from beginning to end, I agree that it has a LOT of issues. The entire kidnapper and police subplot was bad. If they needed a villain for our heroine to fight, they should have made more out of Min-min's enemies, since that was the reason she was hired as a bodyguard in the first place, and him training her would have made more sense. Together they could fight his enemies and become closer, and we wouldn't need the ridiculous and annoying kidnapper and police subplot and characters... that includes Gook Doo who I found to be an annoying and useless character. Then with those things gone, the show could focus on what it did best which is the comedy and the cuteness of Min min and Bong bong. Also shoutout to the hilarious Fake Monk who made me laugh so hard. Wish there were more scenes of him.
