Started pretty slow, but I enjoyed the second half, ending was nice! Honestly, even though I thought 8 episodes were enough, I still feel like it lacked some substance when it comes to the main couple and their relationship, like it needed a bit more build up, or something. I loved the last 2 eps though.
The second couple was cute too!! Usually I don't care much about secondary characters, but here I was cheering for them too! π
Overall just a sweet simple rom com, that probably could have been much better with a bit more effort lol!
..worst part was the writer guy and his storyline, a total mess, I don't even wanna go there...yuck
he's supposed to have gone to America during his high school but it seems like he went to South Africa instead
That's probably 'cause the actor studied in South Africa when he was younger lol!! but does he really?? because I felt like he had an unusual English accent, before, but this time around I'm just feeling like his English is not that great? I don't know π
Kim So-hyun was an excellent child actress. BUTTT, her recent dramas have not shown the same level of talent,…
this comment is so weird, especially on such a drama which is full of tropes and whit a barley passable script..she has nothing to work with in the first place lol
Everything about this feels like it should have been a 16 ep series. It deserves it. The soundtrack is really…
Nah...it's only 8 episodes and it's moving super slowly (in the sense that it lingers a lot on its scenes). I can't imagine how it would be with double the amount!! They'd have to add a murder mystery π€£
After everything she's gone through and experienced, the last time we see Nan Ya is with a shot of her in prison..I…
He cried because as the "perfect cop" he had to do his job despite knowing it was gonna hurt a person he (allegedly) cared about and that had suffered a lot, just like his mother had in the past. He felt for Nanya but he couldn't do any different because he's the perfect cop :)..well, that's my interpretation of this butchered ending, at least π I'm not sure it makes too much sense, though, because ultimately Nan Ya had to suffer even more than expected since she was basically convicted of something she didn't do (until they got proof of the opposite...6y later....smh)
After everything she's gone through and experienced, the last time we see Nan Ya is with a shot of her in prison..I find that so sad and makes me question what the message was...what were the director and writer thinking when they ended the show like this?

And this writer is so far behind CD's one, like there is no comparison lol

Why would you watch something you say you don't like, I'm genuinely curious π
what happened with this show?!
Not sure when it will come out, yet.
