Ep.40 was a neat wrap! Blossom CP is called ZhaozhaoMomo like in the lyrics of their ost, a homophone of zhao zhao mu mu (lir.from dusk till dawn) which means together day and night/all time. Very romantic, right? I had brainrot about them for weeks haha
Just finished Divine Tree! How to have a love like RanShui? 😍 These two are amazing at having each other's back (and apparently on their backs 😉🤭😂). It was great to see the growth of the main and side characters. Finally we have sects who did not stay morons and actually fought together for the realm. Wei2's acting has improved so much - with depth but also subtlety. He nailed all of his scenes while looking stunning. Hoping for more great roles for him! 👏👏👏 First time to watch Hanzhi and found her more natural as MQG although Ran2 did become better over time. Wished for less screentime for MRW and SuYu. Thank you FFWD button. Wei Jiu was adorkable. Btw, is Elder Tu's baby like A Mi who needed a long incubation time? 3 years and counting... 🤣 Generally, the whole cast was good and respect to them for filming in winter.*🗣🥶* The cinematography was spot on and the CGI was impressive especially for the last few episodes. Money well spent! I also liked the scoring because the bgm and sound fx were used just right and not too in your face. Overall, it was a satisfying watch! 9/10
