Just caught up yesterday. Still okay. Not the most enthralling storyline yet but Wei2's beauty makes up for it! Haha! His character is more ruthless than TTJ - just exploding demons left and right. LOL! His own bloodspit count is getting up there, too. 😆
FL was okay as MQG but meh as XRR. She is developing over time. "Villains" are annoying caricatures who get too much screen time.
All in all, Wei2 is the saving grace of this drama.

Xixi's characters in TTEOTM had peak fashion but I think all of the characters had pretty iconic ones. Also really liked the Dunhuang outfits for the ancient gods.

FOF's dark styling were aesthetically pleasing. Conversely, I liked the bubblegum pastel looks in LYST and the colorful ones in LGIEF.

BaiQian's outfits were the ones that literally launched a thousand cosplays. Loved EL but I think it also started the trend for all white/washed out colors for a couple of years in xianxia. Now xianxias are more high-contrast and/or colorful again.

I'm stuck between choosing LSS' pink outfit or PR's red one coz the first one is so daintily pretty while the second one is fierce! 🤔🤔

Oh I binged MM last night until ep.27. It's really getting better over time. I am liking how the characters are multi-layered and given difficult choices but logically stick to their characterization. Too much chatting in some parts though 🤣
