lol no, but to present it in a more realistic way, they should show how it came into existence etc. which isn't covered properly till 7th episodes.
Think of it this way, A scifi series based on vampires show a bit about the "science" behind it otherwise its a big plothole right there.

If tharn dies, again its not a proper ending as its more of a complication.

a) tharn is yet to wake up
According to the series description on MDL Tofu has limited time as a teddy bear > sad ending. If they find a way to have him back as human > sad ending for tharn
b) tharn is awake
Love triangle > always a sad ending for at least 1

Even if they end up together (Nut & tofu) its a sad ending for Tharn, if tharn and nut > then sad ending for tofu
if tharn and tofu same people still sad ending for tofu

I find the seed story to be too unrealistic. Even for something scifi you need to give proper explanations of how it came into existence, till episode 7th I didnt even find a glimpse of that. Teddy ability to talk to things in the house is unrealistic again, especially since he turned into a human.

one thing I love about the series is how it's presented, it's just perfect.
Too many flashbacks or were they not timed properly.

Nut's character towards his mother makes me feel like he is a big asshole.
