Yes there is, its called Iron Squad W, basically the women's version of the show, it started airing in October.

Title Takeshi's Castle
This show is awesome and very funny, I love how they added clips from the original show. I remember watching the English dub version on TV way back when (MXC, iykyk) so this brings back great memories, I am amazed they found so many people to participate considering how physical painfully it must be to fail a task. I really hope they make more seasons of this show. It's on Dramacool with English subtitles right now.
