I think you’re missing what I’m actually criticizing. I never said Xilun or Xiaoyu are responsible for Heyue’s communication issues. Hewen and Yue’er obviously have to figure that out themselves. I’m saying that when they’re already struggling to communicate, constantly hovering around them instead of giving them a little breathing room is frustrating to watch. The “they already had more than a minute alone in the bonus eps” argument doesn’t really convince me either. I’m not asking for them to be locked in a room together for hours. I’m talking about the repeated moments where they’re finally interacting and someone immediately comes over or stays around them. There’s a difference between being in a shared space and deliberately inserting yourself into someone else’s moment. And yes, the kitchen is a public space. Xiaoyu obviously has every right to be there and talk to Hewen. But having the right to do something doesn’t mean nobody is allowed to find the behavior frustrating. Especially when Hewen has literally told her that he wants to get to know Yue’er more. The Qimeng comparison is irrelevant to me. I’m not asking Xilun or Xiaoyu to behave exactly like Meng does. I’m pointing out that when someone knows the person they like is trying to build something with someone else, giving them some space is basic consideration. And honestly, saying Heyue are “creating nonexistent problems for themselves” is exactly what I disagree with. Their insecurities and communication problems are clearly affecting how they interact, but that doesn’t mean the environment around them has zero effect on those interactions. Just because they are not straightforward like others doesn't mean they are silly or anything. I know that they should've communicated better but xilun literally does everything to come between heyue whenever they are tgt( its giving inconsiderate, hewen gives them all the space when yue and zhao are tgt so why can't he do the same??) And as for tsinghua girl hewen literally told her he wants to know more about YUERR not that she can't try she can do what ever she wants but like can they give some them SPACE.
