just parkjihoon being removed from the cast which was the only reason most of us wanted to watch it .
You're only saying that for yourself and a few others. The original content is one of the best and most popular manhwas on webtoon/naver. PJH's presence is a plus, but it will still be watched if he's not there and they find someone to replace him.

ppl are so dramatic the winner was deserved lol and sending death threats to the winner (won’t say for spoiler…
The winner deserved it, but if you really think about the series, he was like a villain. Lmao. Although threatening to kill him isn't justified; in the end, it's just a game.

I think the series makes a lot of mistakes by making almost every game playable in alliances. It takes away from the excitement of each individual playing on their own.

I don’t understand the hyungyu hate here. He played brilliant and won. Whats people’s obsession with people…
I think they hate him because he didn't have anyone on his level. He felt like he had a huge advantage, luck, and even ease of play. He only faced elimination once, while some people spent every game in jail, risking elimination. If you compare it to Season 1, where the finalists were from completely opposite sides, it makes Season 2 feel very boring, especially the final episodes.
On The Devil’s Plan Death Room May 20, 2025
I prefer Season 1 over Season 2. The first season felt like David versus Goliath. This one was the opposite. The privileged always won, the winner never went to jail and always had the advantage. The casting isn't that great; you have good players and bad players, which is a real head-scratcher, especially the bad players who were easily manipulated. The Season 2 finale was pretty subpar because it was an internal alliance, which lost a lot of the spark of a finale. The first season was the complete opposite because it was between enemies.

He actually joins YB's company to destroy it and avenge his mother. This implies that at times he fights with GM but the real villain of S2 is another character.

I think there is a big problem in Korean thrillers, and that is that the characters act like idiots. This is not the exception. Especially the sister of the FL. What a girl you emasculated and made no sense. The only ones I would like were the ML and the lunatic villain. PS: The ending was pretty mediocre.

If no news has come out about it, it is possible that they are waiting for whoever finishes filming what is left to start with this one. Because if it were a matter of calendars, they would have chosen another actor and would have already started filming.

It's going to be a year since the announcement and there is still no news about this? I don't think it's been cancelled. It would seem strange to me because I consider that the manhwa of this work is one of the most popular, at least in the West.

Death said that she was destined to die at that moment, regardless of the way. So it implies that although the protagonist returns from his death, it does not mean that he prevents his ex-girlfriend from dying at that moment.

Title Death's Game Part 2 Spoiler
after he lived as his mom for 32 years and she (he) died of old age, the Death gave him chance to go back in time…
They never said that last one, the future is uncertain with the protagonist's non-suicide. Keep one thing in mind, death told the protagonist several times that it was not his time andhe came forward, talking about his suicide, instead, about his girlfriend, he said that she was destined to die at that moment, therefore , the fact that he did not commit suicide in the new timeline does not prevent his girlfriend from dying from the accident, nor does it prevent the villain from stopping killing, since he began killing through accidents many years before the protagonist attempted suicide, and the protagonist only went back in time before committing suicide.

So it is feasible to say that the timeline can follow its normal course.

8th ep is boring . 5 and 6 are good.. 7 mid
The first part adapted 46 chapters of the webtoon, the second part adapted 20 chapters of the webtoon, in fact the second part could have lasted 3 chapters instead of 4.

Was it better than part 1?
I found it a little inferior to the first part, for example the final part seemed a little boring to me but the ending is fine. Still, overall it's still a very good series, easily an 8/10 for me.

I dont think there was any part in the story which implied ML accidentally killed someone. Maybe you're confusing…
So he says that the baby doll is a metaphor with respect to his mother and all the shock that the protagonist's suicide generated? I don't know how that could justify it but it could be.

I understand your point but the image of the baby doll doesn't fit me well in the scene. Although I do not rule out that it is a metaphor for a pseudo-family that the ML commented when he reincarnated as the detective and looked at his partner's family. I think it can point to that but it is ambiguous. On the other hand, thinking about it carefully, I seem to remember that the villain said that the protagonist's girlfriend was left like "a broken doll" when he ran over her, so it could be that the broken doll is a metaphor that suggests how her body was left, but I don't know. . , since only his face was broken.

On the other hand, with the gangster girl I meant that the protagonist indirectly or directly always took revenge on his murderer, but that girl simply disappeared from the plot, it seems that the director forgot. On the other hand, I looked at the webtoon and noticed that this part was invented because when the protagonist is reincarnated as a gangster, he dies almost immediately after being tortured.

Title Death's Game Part 2 Spoiler
There is something I don't understand, in the first part it is suggested that the protagonist killed someone when he jumped off the building. I thought that would be explained in the second part but it is not mentioned. And now that the drama is over I think it was a way of saying that his suicide indirectly killed his girlfriend and possible family (since then a broken baby doll comes out) but I don't know, that left me confused.

On the other hand, the protagonist directly or indirectly took revenge on all those who killed him in other lives. But nothing happened with the girl who killed the protagonist when he was a gangster? Is there no mention of her again? He didn't even take the money for which he killed the protagonist. That remained unresolved.
On Extracurricular May 20, 2023
It's refreshing to see anti-hero in a drama. Although this is not just any drama because it touches on very complicated issues even for Koreans. I'm not surprised that it was banned in some countries but that doesn't stop it from being good. 10/10
