(but this timeslot have a different number od episodes in each series). Well, first season was released 2 years ago and you can't legally watch it outside of Japan, so inter fans probably only can only watch it with VPN and with no subs

because Netflix have rights to international release and they'll do exactly what they did with Kimi ni wa todokanai. Release it in Japan first, and after it ends the rest of the world will be able to watch it too. They're already subbing episodes (with one week of delay)
