10 is MDLs default number of episodes, and probably someone though that it's 12 because prev series on TBS in this timeslot had 12 episodes. (but this timeslot have a different number od episodes in each series). Netflix will for sure release this series after the last episode airs in Japan, like they did with Kimi ni wa Todokanai. so 8 episodes
