It should have English subtitles yes. Hmm, Thailand would of course be the most safe choice there to make sure the series is on that counties list of series that VIU offers
VIU is also available in these countries for example Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines
I do hope subtitles will be available on the app for the episodes (from what I've seen in the app some series do) , don't think while it airs but after that when the episode will the uploaded to the app for re-watching We know a company/team has been hired to do the subtitles :)
