I already predicted this would happen, but never imagined that people disrespect him until this far.

Ignoring the ML as if he didn’t exist at all while still throwing hate to ML. Their comments are so cruel, similiar to bullying. They try so hard to make Ong’s performance in drama looks bad by their comments, so they can raise their fav. I mean it’s not wrong to praise your fav, but putting down others w/o apparent reason? It’s cruel.
What’s the male lead’s fault to make the male villain's supporters so mean to him?
The ones who chose him as the male lead were the PD & production team, because they were the ones who understood who was more suitable for the role.
All these times, ML fans or supporters are trying so hard to be patient & be silent seeing all the unreasonable hate from them. But please, can't the male villain supporters stop all of this. Let's respect each other and just support the drama. All casts have been worked hard.
People didnt know how hard Onge is trying to be an Actor, he really gives all of him & do everything for acting.
The journey is not easy yet he working non stop to prove to ppl that he is worth calling as actor.

I can't wait for the drama to end so my boy can get away from petty ship wars and toxic comments. 😪

Ong seong wu maybe new in industry and kdrama land.

Industry calling him All-rounder. He very talented and passionate. In this drama he very versatile .

For episode 10!! Ah finally I got Namsoon heesik kiss scene, their chemistry really got me, I was giggling and squealing so muchh seeing their first kiss scene. It was the purest and cutest first kiss scene ever. My heart was so calm seeing those two happy. The kiss scene was perfect, not over, not less, it’s cute but so romantic also. I didnt expect that Ong Seongwu and Lee yoomi can have a chemistry this good, like people who have been married for years. Cant wait to see their dating era!

I think kang heesik or the male lead is such a versatile Actor, he’s amazed me with how he really can be anything in the drama, from crossdressing to be a Woman, being a moodmaker in the drama, also being a good and smart detective who truly prioritize good thing first.
From Funny scene, romance scene, and thriller-action-like scene he nailed all of those. He can be cute, Funny, innocent and pure, sweet and caring, boyfriend-able, but also can be fierce and fearless. It’s really hard to find an Actor like that. Truly a hidden gem!

Not to mention his charisma and how handsome he is, not many people will look handsome at detective’s hair style, but he looked so handsome and manly with that style, Moreover on ep 9!! I never see a man with suit as handsome as he is!!

also his chemistry with Namsoon which is the cutest and purest. I always like the pure love type and how they’re always be there for each other since the beginning, the most healthy relationship ever🥺💙

How do you want him to act as detailed as a detective, with only limited screen time, with 5 characters in this drama.
i saw alot news journalists praise him write positive about his acting in this drama and pd also praise him.
You can say this is not type of Man but remember this is Heesik not Ong Seongwu…

I think you shouldn't take it so deeply ,why the police didn't do that, why let it be this way. this is a drama, nothing is realistic. In addition, the screen time is quite limited, not everything can be detailed. actors act with the script they receive. And i saw alot news and journalists write positive about osw acting in this drama and Pd praise him. I enjoy w this drama, it's a light story, funny, and modern

I suggest you watch the drama again from episode 1 to 8 don't skip. then you will know the story line, cop is always worried about ns, cop doesn't tell ns to go undercover but she wants to, and always acts on her own because she and her mother both want to save the world from drugs 😂 .
The drama is best watched on its own without thinking too much.I actually like the investigating and undercover stuff.
police focus to detective drug case work. The mother doing investigating stuff and NamSoon doing undercover work w villian. They work together.

My personal review for ml:

Heesik is rational, careful, calm, smart and that’s we called “charms” I love the way osw manage to hide his handsomeness and personal charm just for the character.
I think people are just used to the main lead in Strong Woman Do Bong Soon and they expect the main lead here to be like that too.
He’s a police officer whose primary focus is to investigate the drug case. He can’t be all smiley and feeling in love all the time.
But the moments where he smiles a little when he’s with NamSoon cute. Main couple is so cute. 🥰
Even i think, Osw really can change his charisma so fast, like when he’s serious he’s so cool as detective, but when he does comedic scene, he looks so pure and funny, it’s not easy to act like that honestly. But osw did a very good job as heesik👍
