I did not read the KMLM novel, but the hate, tension, and angst from 'Against the Current' radiates almost in the entire story 😂 its a dizzying emotional experience for me. the dynamic between the ruthless ML – a menacing, domineering, womanizing, and frankly scary yet captivating figure (reminiscent though not exactly of Shen Zaiye) – and the truly noble, saintly, and breathtaking FL is captivating. The FL’s quiet hatred for the ML and his possessiveness of her create such a charged atmosphere that their eventual love feels like a hard-won victory

Absolutely thrilled about LXY’s interpretation of Lin Jinlou 😭 He's the only one I can envision in that role.

I really hope this turns out to be true. I'm prepared for another emotional rollercoaster with LXY’s character 😭😂
