Chengyi is really good! I began watching MLC randomly and fell inlove with him.. But since I don’t watch xianxia, I skip this and LAR.. but now I changed my mind lol. After this, I’ll watch LAR. I am excited!!

Angst is bearable in cdrama tbh. I just don’t like unnecessary love triangle or s2pid misunderstanding just like a kid lol Hahhahahahah

Thank you for this! I am at ep 28 now hahahaha. Actually I am enjoying it (really surprise coz I tried watching famous xianxia but failed to continue).. I am a slow watcher too since I am kinda busy so this is okay for me too.. and ofcourse , I can’t resist Cheng yi’s superb acting!

Oh wow this is sooo goodddd so far!!!!! I am kinda choosy in cdrama but this got me hooked with just 1 ep!!! This is the 2nd drama that got me hooked from the 1st scene (A journey to love is the 1st one) THE QUALITY, THE ACTING, THE STORY ARE CHEF’S KISS!!! Hoping it will continue until the very last ep

I just started watching it now since this is the only adaptation I haven't watched. Actually I don't know this version. It's quite okay and entertaining.. I just don't like the SML. I don't know with y'all but he annoyed me sm for some reason. He's kinda aggressive wnd assertive.. I haven't felt this kind of feeling with other version's SML though until this one. But he's handsome.. anyway, that's my opinion ㅋㅋ

I don't know why the negative comments and low ratings come from but I really loved it.. The acting, story everything is sooo good that it made me feel different emotions. It's entertaining yet scary at the same time knowing that this can happen as well in rl.. I really loved it. I just don't know why but it touches my heart and aches at the same time..

btw, KANG MIN HYUK IS HELLA FINE HERE!! I'M SIMPING HIM SOOO MUCHHH.. Cannot believe from a goofy teen back in heartstrings to this hot man in celebrity 🔥🔥🔥🔥

plus the OST of the og version is really a bop!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the reason why it is close to my heart is because of the ost! I am actually waiting for something like that in korean version but nothing came as good as that song 😭😭. I am actually anticipating since I like kpop but 😭😭😭 nevertheless , this drama is still good!! I still like it 🤍

As a SOOD fan and an og watcher, this is actually good. Only minimal changes but the flow of the story is still the same. Maybe the only problem with me is the character and how they portrayed it. Don't get me wrong I love the K actors who played here. Them as matured people acting like a hs student doesn't sit right with me.. Or maybe on how they look so matured to be a hs student?? There are more k actor who portrayed HS character well but this, just a lil bit awkward for my liking.. And the chemistry of the main characters, I still don't get it. Perhaps I don't feel it or is it just me?? They are good in acting btw. And actually I am looking for more playful and cheeky ml just like the og ver but I understand that there shud be changes at some point coz we can't really copy the whole thing right?

I still love this ver and I am not gonna rate it low coz it's not that bad.. But pls do respect my opinion that I like the og ver more since the feeling of watching it for the first time, not knowing where the story flows, is such a magical feeling for me.. love lots 💕

I'm at a point wherein I am done watching kdrama. The cliche plots, some bad acting, stories that are all over the place. I am so sick of it.. There are times I watched some of the new show and stopped middle way due to boredom and cringed feels. I love kdrama. This is the source of my happiness but sometimes when you watch too much of it, you'll get tired of it too. The last kdrama I watched was weak hero class 1 and it was really good that made me read the webtoon.. BUT THIS ONE IS EXEMPTION.. I REALLY LOVE IT AND I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT EP... THE ACTING IS CHEF KISS.. THE STORY IS GREAT TOO! Hoping they will keep this up coz some drama are a bit dragging especially towards the ending.. but nevertheless, I love it soo much

You really need to rewatch everything for you to understand it clearly.. It's not because it's confusing but it's just addicting.. It's really beautiful and captivating even though the story is very common , it executed well in this jodrama . I can't say much more, you have to watch it..

Plus the OST, aesthetic kind of cinematography.. it really melts my heartt ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
