I had an experience like that too.... A boss that gossip about you behind your back and then use it against you later, take credit when team works hard but lay blame when things go wrong. I resigned eventually. A few years later I checked up on excoworkers and they all resigned or transferred from that team... I hope you are at a better situation now.

Ive an experience with a boss like that too. They set impossibled deadlines. They were the type to lay blame if things go wrong and get all the credits when it all goes right. I resigned from that job and have been happier since. I said to the screen, I think SY should resign. Anyway, I hope you are better now.
