One important thing: if you couldn't understand the events themselves, it's okay. This is secondary. The important part is to understand the message: you can only love another person if you love yourself first. You will only be happy with others when you learn to be happy alone. When you learn this, you will see that you are never truly alone. As long as you're alive, fight.
This BL is an incredible character study. It has very interesting layers to discuss. Episode 6 was very intense and the feeling that I was in Myung Ha's shoes was very persistent.
It's my first obsession this year. Just like 2023, South Korea starts the year with a really good and above average story. I'm really happy to be watching this BL, even though at many moments I find myself almost crying.

There is an extra chapter that was adapted at the end of the episode. In the chapter, Kouki arrives in heaven and talks to the angel and they decide to live together again :')
The actors chosen for the two protagonists are very good. I'm curious to know how some things from the manga will be adapted. You can already notice that the angel's age has been changed...
Bl is banned in china so this drama didn't air in the country
It is not banned, but the government does not (financially) support the projects, which makes production difficult, as the media is heavily controlled by the government. This is sad because if China decided to invest, it would certainly be unbeatable in the production of this content :(
Okay, let me say this: The Eighth Sense still the best BL of 2023, BUT, Stay With me have the best couple of the year! And if your consider wich kind of chelenger the production and actores had to face to make this, this one becomes even more special. I just loved this show and PLS we need a s2. Well, this TT is about his post in 2016 when he was 16 years old. It just shows that he had homophobic behavior back then and not that he is a homophobic like you said. We are in 2023, so why are the things he does for the LGBT community less important now than a facebook comment from 7 years ago? You can find problematic things about 99% of people if you look up their old posts on social media. They are human beings and many times the comments were not even problematic at the time they were made, as our perception is always changing.
Also, it's ok not like him anymore for those reasons.
