my theory is since she wants to change future and now knows that the old sol will not remember a thing,she might write down everything or already written something in her diary.
My another theory is let's say that since she knows that seon jae likes her which she didn't know before traveling... she might not travel back. remember she once said she forgot and didn't remember something she should have. Not to mention the watch didn't turn back this time.
