I don't think Ann was given life by Anthika but by the guy in the hood to stop Dome's power to get it's potential as Anthika speculates. Maybe the hooded guy wanna become the next god but needs Dome's power to become one and used Ann and Tor's naiveness( Just like how Satan manipulated them to have the forbidden fruit) to get the power. I am saying this because As we can see, Anthika really stands for her God and she thinks that Dome is the one who have the power to either rise the god or to become the god. That's why she went against the hooded guy while talking about the anklet.

I get Ann manipulating Nanon to kill Dome. But, I don't think Anthika give life to Ann. In the episode, Anthika said, Nanon followed the wrong god, So, It's probably Nanon took Tay/ the another God for his god and worshipped him as shown in the start of the episode. And Satan/ the other God gave Ann life to manipulate Nanon to kill Dome
