I think the six stars represent the people who are born in leap day, A pair of old leap day who evaded, A pair who is desperate to evade and The new pair who will born to get the transmission. But I don't know for sure about the last pair because this time there is Dream and Ozone who according to Kit can be the ticket to end Leap day. And Also Kit mentioned that The stars somehow work and make it happen either natural or by making someone desperate to evade. Maybe the drawing also represent something like the star formation that makes the leapday curse. And can by solving the star formation we can find somethingand for the question 4, Ozone somehow stopped the disaster of Night twice one at the road but it transfered to Dream and the second when Night and Day fought.
