All Fun and Games, and Seo Kang Joon's Visuals Are DEFINEEEED
I got a heart attack every time Seo Kang Joon was on the screen. His visuals don't make sense. Even wearing a school uniform just looks right on him. And his eyes... I got lost in his eyes.
I was in a reading slump and in need of a light, fun K-drama that could lift my mood. While browsing Viki, I stumbled across this one and was curious to see how the story would turn out. On top of that, I had watched Teach You a Lesson not long ago and really liked Jin Ki Joo's acting (although she screamed a lot in that drama, which I wasn't a fan of). And of course, it had been a while since I last watched Seo Kang Joon in a drama, so that was another reason for me to give this one a try.
And honestly, this drama delivered exactly what I was looking for. It was fun! The comedy hit the spot, and I especially loved the NIS team. They were such a great addition to the comedy and made the whole thing even more entertaining. The acting was also great, and the antagonist really did look crazy and psychologically unstable.
That said, I wasn't really here for the plot. At the end of the day, this was never intended to be a serious drama anyway, so I didn't take the story too seriously. I even kinda guessed how things would end, including where all the gold was hidden. But honestly, it didn't really matter because the drama achieved what it set out to do: entertain me and lift my mood.
And surprisingly, the school ghost stories were also quite scary, haha.
