the timeline of the events should be after the examination but before final submission of application to university (up until now episode, there's one scene throwback when she changed her application from nanwu to yihe university. that accident happen before this submission. And the beginning of the story in the rain when she said something hurtful to SY is after their gaokao exam and the result is out.

apparently she actually already break up a few years ago but they changed a lot in dramas version ( i didn't like novel much nor hate it, just ok) and this change turn to be bad for her n ml character... n make she just break up at ep 2. and her first meeting, she actually didn't interest much abt He Suye, nervous but only that... there's no such thing to check about him..n told her friend... I actually hope they changed to be better in drama version than novel...but I didn't know....just watch n see.
