i think so, additional reason is probably bcs ML isn't truly heal from ptsd, though he getting better because FL. in addition, probably they also want to censor about (probably happen in the whole world), in middle story when he injured n getting heal from hearing, he apply to join mercenary group aka cook soldier to fight in that country better as there's some restrictions if he fight as Chinese soldier aka peacekeeping. this kind of mission, he got permission from military but his identity will temporary wipe out as china soldier, he will retain if he comeback okay but he return with severe ptsd that dr isn't positive and ask to sent him to mental hospital which ml rejected n fl will accompanied him until the end.

i read the novel just before drama release, tbh the outcome was bad but ML is trying his best ofc he keep better, FL literally doing everything for him, he is doing better with FL help. if they covered until final chapter and not until that's bad thing happen..it should be ok bcs ML also work from home, can play with their kids well.
