The only thing that caught me off guard was the ML being happy when he heard about FL's condition. Maybe he didn't mean it but that could upset the viewers watching it. Except that the romcom part is great!

Ik many people won't agree with me on this and I also know everyone has different personalities but how can one not say I love you to the person with whom you're in a relationship? And a guy like kwangtae? He seems he had given his all and best to her but she couldn't reciprocate those. I really felt when he said how am I going to love others after this?
