y’all should cut gu ryeon some slack~ obv she had a past and i think on the webtoon (have only read it partly), the reason she was in hell in the first place is because she committed suicide too. i think the drama will go with this flow and ryeon should also have some character development as the story goes on bec she also needs to heal from her past (i think this is the actual reason why the emperor brought her back from hell since she said ryeon doesn’t even feel regret).
