Title Mouse Spoiler
I love it lol. I loved the drama. I watched it as a science fiction. Isn't it obvious from the premise? There…
Sci-fi doesn't excuse faulty knowledge though? If you're going to use ideas that haven't been properly tuned in real life, you need to make it convincing. The brain transplant and the psychopath gene aren't the only problems, it's also how the drama chooses to portray "psychopaths" as uncontrollable serial killers and/or monsters first and foremost. When in reality, most characteristics attributed to the hypothetical psychopath are found in CEOs and other high ranking officials. The writers of the show didn't put any effort into researching the very real mental abnormality they're trying to make fanfiction off of.

Tl;dr it doesn't matter if it's marked as sci-fi because it still feels like it written by someone who put in no effort into the writing, and thus it holds no enjoyment for me.

Title Mouse
A show that asks you to believe a brain transplant is possible. No, it's not presented as a joke, nor even as…
I agree. I don't see how anyone with half an education could enjoy watching this show. Everything about the pseudoscience felt like it was written by a thirteen year old because they were bored in class, and even then it wasn't executed well by the plot. I have to idea why people are praising Mouse when we've seen at least a dozen more nuanced takes on psychopaths that not only has better writing but also takes it's audience seriously. Mouse feels like it was written for and by edgy teenagers.
