They were planning of getting married (at least that's what he wanted to do), so it's normal that they're "that" involved! The plot is just unveiling itself: she betrayed him, so it means their relationship is not the core of the story, but it surely plays a huge part. It's a revenge drama, so the entire plot will evolve around the fact that he will take revenge... He wants to take back his well deserved place in the Daesan and his girlfriend. Try to not be too focused on the romance side of the drama, and give it another chance :)
Buried Hearts would probably be a lot more entertaining to me with a different ML actor....
It's your own opinion and I respect it, but I can't agree with you. Park Hyung Sik is amazing in this role! All the action scenes were shoot by him, no stunts! And his mimic is astonishing!
