Why does it seem like so many people want Sha Qian Mo and Hua Qian Gu to end up together? In my opinion, Sha Qian Mo's love for Hua Qian Gu was more of a brotherly love than a lover love. It was obvious too that Hua Qian Gu didn't and most unlikely would have fallen in love with him as she seemed to really only see him as an older sibling.
I don't know about this drama. I mean it was really good in the beginning. It had lots of potential, but then it kind of lost me towards the end. I really liked how different the plot is from other dramas, but then things got kind of slow at the end.
I actually felt kind of bad for the second lead guy. Like it seemed that he really did like the main girl, but then things just fell out of place after his ex-girlfriend showed up and started messing with him again. And then when he explained things to the main girl, it didn't really seem like she trusted him or really care about the matter anymore.
It was rather abrupt when the main girl fell in love with the main guy after he brought her to a village after she saw the second lead with his ex-girlfriend. It was like her heart just changed instantly after spending a few days with the main guy.
I feel like I liked the second lead girl more than the main lead girl towards the end. The second lead girl had more back bone against the second lead guy's ex-girlfriend. But it was also abrupt whens she suddenly liked the second lead guy too. It seemed like they were still just in the friend zone and then her feelings just suddenly changed.
The main guy's step brother and cousin's love story was rather...I don't know. Maybe it had potential, maybe it didn't. It was nice in the beginning, but then it also got kind of not so interesting at the end. I'm not sure if I skipped past a part, but it seemed to me like the step brother just started to like the cousin out of no where. Also they didn't really tell us about the step brother's ex-wife and child. I would have liked to see their interactions with each other. The cousin was a nice girl, but then it seemed like she was a bit naive. She thought she would be able to handle being in a relationship with the step brother, but she exploded in the end. I really don't have anything much to say about this couple, but the fact that their love life didn't need to be so complicated.
It was funny how when the second lead guy's ex-girlfriend had came back to him, but no one really called her out for cheating on him. No one really gave her a good smack or berated her for what she shamelessly did either. The second lead girl did scold her, but then that didn't really seem to be enough.
I kind of understood the ex-girlfriend because to be honest, many people do want to have a good and stable life. However that still doesn't justify her actions. The dumbest thing that she did was coming back and saying that the second lead guy was her husband. Like seriously girl, you were the one who left him in the first place. YOU DUMPED HIM! It was like she erased that memory of her cheating on him out of her brain and came back thinking that he was doing her wrong. Also, she had a stable and good job, yet she just threw it away. (Do you know how many people in the world would die for the job that you just threw away mindlessly girl?!) But anyways, at least she knew that she couldn't leech off of the second lead all her life anymore and found someone else.
I really liked the main girl's friends. They were supportive and really did care about her. They were pretty reliable in a way. I wouldn't mind having friends like that.
The main girl's co-workers were also pretty funny and reliable. They were really loyal too. When could you ever find such loyal and good friends/co-workers.
The main girl's acting was pretty good in the beginning, but it also got kind of not so good at the end. Her expressions became repetitive and etc. She looked really good with short hair though. For me, it was a little prettier than her with long hair. I liked her character in the beginning, but then it fell apart a bit for me at the end.
The main guy's acting was good too I guess, but then his expressions could be worked on though. I don't really know what to say about him. He wasn't bad at acting, but then again there were times I felt that it was kind of weird. To be honest, I had mixed feelings about his character. Sometimes his character was annoying and then sometimes his character was okay. But yeah, mixed feelings.
For me, this lakorn was different in the beginning, but got predictable in the end. The flame slowly went out towards the end for me. Not saying that I could make it better, but if I were to write the story, it would have been a bit more different.
However I really did still enjoy watching this lakorn. It was different while it lasted. I guess I would recommend it too.
You know, I just can't really bring myself to fully like the King. I mean he did force her to marry him and that just doesn't seem like a very good start for relationship
Man, why did they have to make her life so sad. Mostly everyone she loved died and like she couldn't even get actual revenge for them. And they made her lose her memories in the end too! I mean, seriously, after all she went through, they are just going to swipe her memories and pretend all's well? And the got damn master, there is just something wrong with him. How do you repeatedly hurt and lock a person and then say that it was to protect her? It took her death (something that could have been avoided) for him to finally admit (something that could have happened easily if he wasn't such an a**h***) that he loved her. But man, I think the two most annoying characters in this drama is the main girl and the main guy.
Man I really don't get why they added the part where she was actually Nuwa. We never really got to see that side of her. It would have been more interesting if they had more scenes of her in Nuwa mode.
Is it weird that I kind of felt bad for Xuan Nu? I mean, her life wasn't easy either and all.
Yeah, this was actually a really nice debate. And I really do get what your trying to say here, trust me. It was nice to come on mydramalist and see that someone actually read and replied to my comment. Maybe I will see you somewhere else in another drama :)

I think you went a bit deep when you started telling me your experience, but I agree that what you say can be true, however, when a person is drunk and they become totally unlike themselves, that doesn't mean that is their true personality. I would like to ask you the question of whether you helped the girl up or not when you saw her fall? If you did, then do you think you are a decent person? If you didn't, then does that mean that you aren't a good person, and that that was your true personality? You seem like a smart person, please don't think that I'm just writing to you to get on your nerves. And please don't think that I am trying to be all that about my opinion.

I don't think it's fair to say that a person's real personality comes out after going through hardships. For Xuan Nu, it could have been possible for her to be a good person, but maybe she just went the wrong way and couldn't go back.
