What do you guys think are the chances of HYX airing this year? Is it high?
Right now there's no clues. We'll have to wait and see what happens. People say it will come next year, but I still want to have hope for this year. If everything calms down in China, then there's still a possibility for us to see it this year. So I wouldn't lose hope just yet.

As far as I know, is very unlikely to happen because Chinese government depend on the money danmei adaptations gives them. So if they ban danmei, that means that MDZS, TGCF, SVSSS, and all other adaptations will be banned from television. Is not going to benefit them. The rumors are most likely caused by netizens haters.

Danmei has been rumored since a long time that it will be banned but it has never happened. We also have to remember that danmei brings success and fame to China. There's a lot of Donghuas/Manhuas that are danmei as well as dramas. All of these have a lot of fame. China is a country that has always depended on the money they get from. Danmei gives them a lot of money so banning it will not benefit them at all, so is very unlikely to happen.
