I think that the production team told them to do that as it seemed out of character for both of them. Probably for added suspense when they edit the show

The handshake also threw me off as it seemed out of character for Se-Hoon. I think that the production team probably told him to do the handshake so that they could add some suspense when editing the show

New reports mention that the screenwriter of the original film didn't want the remake to be made because he became a devout Christian and the theme of reincarnation goes against his beliefs. Even though he doesn't hold the rights to the story, I guess KakaoTV didn't want the headache of having to go through a legal battle with the screenwriter who wanted to sue if the series was made.

I totally agree! Thrillers are always top-notch for Korea! Memories of Murder, Parasite and Burning are among my most favorite K-films! Also loved Kingdom and My Mister. Haven't watched Dr. Brain or Happiness yet but I have been interested in watching in for awhile now.
