I think Jun Seo deserved to be punished. I just don’t understand why she and her husband, who deliberately drove two women mad, got a "happy" ending. If you want to be fair, then every single one of them should have faced consequence.
Correct! I am Greek and was taken aback. I was trying to make the connection to the Greek mythology I was taught…
I am also Greek, and I was trying to understand the shocking revelation with Gehenna. They claim it's even written on the forehead in Greek. The only thing I found is that Γέεννα του Πυρός as a hell that lasts forever and has no end found in the Jewish Bible and in the New Testament. This isn't Ancient Greek, this is Jewish just written in Greek. Justitia is Roman, and the statue was actually Themis from Greek mythology... kind of messy
I love this series, but they should leave Greek mythology alone. This 'Gehenna' doesn't exist in Greek as a concept of hell, hell was called Hades. And 'Justitia' was the name from Roman mythology, which they borrowed from the Greeks. The name of the goddess was Themis. Other than that, I'm really enjoying it!
There is no fckng way he k*lled himself after seeing his first (and only) love idk who murdered him but she is his knight she will save him all is good. I love them both.
Two more great episodes. This series is really comforting to me because everything is straightforward and genuine. The main guy doesn't "solve" all the problems for the girl as usual in kdrama, but he's always there to support her. He doesn't interfere with her blind dates or job interviews. Their issues don't magically get solved. They face failures and mistakes, and their life isn't great, but they just live it with all the flaws, and I loved that.
I really like this series so far. It's lovely, especially because I've seen these two actors in many shows before. It makes everything feel cozy, and they have amazing chemistry together.
So far so good. I appreciate that the king in the story is truly a king, like how I've always pictured historical kings to be mean and treat women as worthless. On the other hand, the main character is a sensitive young man who who enjoys designing clothes, with a hint of madness thrown into the mix. Idk why others hate it. It's clearly not a major production, but I find it entertaining.
Rest in Peace, i will always remember watching Pasta, Coffee Prince and all these old series and having so much fun.... he was a great actor. I don't want to know anything else.
How could she refer to Eros and Psyche as just a one-night stand? 😭😭
I'm not sure if someone mentioned it earlier, but this drama is completely inspired by the Greek myth of Eros and Psyche. Her beauty, the curse and everything in between.
i now get it why PHJ keeps having bad series one after the other, his choice of roles are very bad, he got famous…
The situation is quite the opposite for me. I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of that actor, but oddly enough, I always find myself enjoying his series. Even "Forest" got a rewatch from me. It's a bit of a mess, but it's my go-to feel-good drama. Surprisingly, Showtime was actually pretty good too.
I was wondering where i would find the first "feministic" comment and its already the first one...amazing.
My intention wasn't necessarily to make a feminist statement. I just believe that people should decide what works best for them, whether that involves pursuing a career, staying at home, or making any other choice. Women should not have unrealistic standards imposed upon them, and I find most of the comments insensitive. The idea of a 'perfect' age, 'perfect' husband, 'perfect' genes, and the notion of 'normal' children (oh my God!) is unrealistic. It's a matter of choice, and it's perfectly okay to choose something different.
If any young mother reads the comments, it's totally fine if you can't afford to leave your job. It's responsible to have an income and not be dependent on someone else. This way, you will not be forced to accept dangerous behaviors towards you and your children. She is already a millionaire; most of us are not. Your babies in your 40s are perfectly fine; you don't need to have special genes. Your babies in your 20s are perfectly fine; there isn't any perfect age. There isn't any perfect man either. If you choose to be a mom that stays at home, it's perfectly fine as well. If you choose not to be a mother at all, it's perfect as well because it's your choice. If you can't become a mother even if you want to, your life is perfect as well. Motherhood is just an aspect of life, not your whole life. Son Ye Jin is a beautiful and great actress with so many successes, so this has nothing to do with her; your comments are weird.
Idk why Ye Bun blames Jang Yeol for Seon Woo's death, it was her fault. The killer was after her and she went to him when she was told to stay home. This had nothing to do with Jang Yeol's suspicion
He can't just be just a person who seeks justice when he is already a murderer. He is not the one to judge who…
I am sorry i don't support death penalty. Also watch Danish movie called The Hunt, and see how this self imposed justice actually works and how it can destroy innocent people.
