Ok i think the murder scene has something to do with the ring, in the preview we see her breaking his chain. I think he had the ring on the chain so it wouldn't be seen. So the ex girlfriend maybe knew about the one-sided love. I don' think he killed her because she was dating Do Ha. They just broke up, if it was this he would have done it before. Maybe it was an accident.

I need to watch that murder scene now to see what happened...it seems both the girlfriend and CEO were obsessed with him. He probably killed her to "save" Do Ha in his mind.

I think it's already set for him to be a villain. He suffers from a chronic disease, and in order to survive, he will require vampire blood. This condition runs in his family, indicating a historical connection, which will also tie into the story involving the second female lead.

I was concerned that the issue of the stolen gold would be left unaddressed, but fortunately, they are addressing it. The series is solid and has a nice pacing; I buy that they gradually fall in love. The show demonstrates how they are good for each other in healthy ways. They have fun, they stand up for each other, and they think the same way. (Yes, I know he is a vampire, but still.)

Wait, I'm not saying it's garbage. What I'm trying to say is that they need a story to tell.

It feels like the series is a glamorous photoshoot rather than delivering a compelling storyline. The Arab Prince plot is incredibly cringe-worthy. They can date peacefully without any conflicts or obstacles. No one is against their relationship, and there are no intriguing side stories. I understand that this series has a large fan base. Initially, I was excited about it as well, and I intend to continue watching. but this feels like "'I love their lack of energy. Go guys give us nothing".

At this point, I just watch it as a continuous scene of cuteness. The male lead is hot, and they look great together. It's fun to watch, but you have to shut down your brain. There is no flow, no story, but it's cute and fun. I just hope we will get more rom-coms after its success.

Well, this has been fun so far. I hope it continues this way. I really like the central couple.

I wish the story made more sense because I just love watching them together. Their chemistry is top-notch. Anyways, bring on all the silliness. I am done with all the slice-of-life, life-is-difficult dramas. We need some dreamy love stories to keep us going. This series is bringing back the old Kdramas.

I don't understand. His mother know that he has a girl he loves. He wrote about her on a flash disk. So why does his mother want him to marry someone else and never even wonder who the girl he wrote about is?

It's not actually them, so the issue is resolved when this entire storyline concludes in a few episodes.

It's only been a week.😢 I don't know much about the Chinese entertainment industry, but I thought this show was doing well. Why wouldn't the management capitalize on its success? Are they trying to make us forget about it on purpose? Haha.😂

Everyone has the right to hold their own opinion... and this is just my opinion. Personally, I prefer not to compare stories involving gods and demons to real-life relationships. However, I have noticed a noticeable amount of gender bias present. Just because the female lead doesn't want to sacrifice everything for the male lead, or because the ML does not seek revenge for her actions, it does not mean that there is anything inherently wrong with the characters. If the roles were reversed, it would be seen as another tale of a deserving hero and his beloved. It appears that the discomfort arises because the hero is now a woman. Upholding justice does not make you cruel, and having a deep love for someone does not make you their victim. It is a complex relationship, but one that is passionately and well depicted.

I understand that when watching fiction, it's important to recognize that what we see is not a reflection of real life. It's highly unlikely that someone will travel back in time to harm you or that you will turn into a devil and harm their family. Therefore, I won't attempt to compare such scenarios to real-life situations. I used he quotation marks because those were the words you used.

The lack of "romantic" love between the main characters and the "win" of evil characters aren't valid reasons to question why some of us enjoy the series. It's a series, it does not aim to provide lessons on human relationships or depict the triumph of goodness. Instead, it is a tragic story filled with anguish, suffering, and obsession.
