after watching 10 th ep i think head nurse is playing from the back of that patient ,she checked that patients chart (head nurse must have manipulated/brain washed the patient according to the patients state) also she is trying to befriend Sang Tae by giving him that dino doll and she is the one who asked Gang Tae that "is Patient Park on nan close your brother" so Gang Tae will suspicious of her
so here is my guess may be she will be KMY's mother and when the time comes in her favor she will stab from the back (LoL i didn't mean real stab) of Gang Tae (or sang tae- because in a previous episode there is a dialogue from KMY's mother if you get close to him he will die something like that (also there is some other references to against their relationship)
