the entertainment industry doesn't need ai/bots to create great content. it needs talented human writers, directors, actors, and other creative professionals. incorporating ai/bots into content creation will make the industry more formulaic
Exactly....besides isn't the source material from a GL webtoon? You can't have GL without....lesbians (even if…
i'd give a big shout-out to the production team behind "friendly rivalry" for challenging the mainstream media's common practice of downplaying or erasing gay elements. they didn't hold back and even showed a girl dreaming of kissing another girl as early as episode 4
the comments bashing the implied lesbian relationship(s) in this story are missing the bigger picture. the love between these women is a ray of hope in their otherwise dark and difficult lives. they depend on each other for support
the lesbian scenes are no more unnecessary or useless than the "straight" scenes. we could've done without the explicit depictions of a male teacher preying on and making out with a female student in episodes 8 and 12, or the "straight" porn choi gyeong masturbated to in episode 5. an implication of the events would've sufficed. they could've left them to the viewers' imagination, and they didn't. i don't see the same people bashing these scenes
Thank you for sharing this and I've really appreciated your other ephemeral posts as well. Take care of yourself—I…
i relate to the sense of hopelessness you're feeling about the state of society. everything's headed in the wrong direction, and i've considered checking out at times myself, but we need people who feel that pain. we need people like you who've been trying to make a difference. please stick around
Please leave IU out of this mess, she’s never claimed him to be her best friend, focus on his bros and leave…
people get caught up in the glitz and glamour of celebrity culture. they forget that a celebrity's likable public image is a façade and behind closed doors, we don't know what they might be involved in
no matter how famous or well-liked, iu should be subject to the same investigations as anyone else
Please leave IU out of this mess, she’s never claimed him to be her best friend, focus on his bros and leave…
someone uninvolved in this case would rest easy, knowing they have nothing to hide from investigators
is iu uninvolved? then she'd be forthcoming and transparent during the investigation, eager to clear her name. refusal to cooperate could indicate she's hiding something
well if you are kinda getting bored and looking for a kbl to watch, you can check out business as usual(ongoing)…
"secret relationships" is chef's kiss and a visual masterpiece. every frame was crafted with great care and attention to detail. i felt lucky to have the chance to watch it
thank you for the heads up about "business as usual." i added it to my watchlist
I know what I am talking about being from the community itself. Just because a character is queer doesn't mean…
"There's no straight couple romance storyline in it"
it's clear from your comment that you possess a thorough understanding of the matter
this adaptation has added "straightness" (between chan young and ji yu) into a story that originally contains none. it's straightwashing, and it's valid to maintain a sense of wariness or question the adaptation's approach
