I swear i thought i was going crazy because why was chai jing looking at her like that damn. Them holding hands and Chai jing being happy when the fml said that she didnt have feelings for the ml. Like the author could have just given us the whole thing, why tease us when its obvious 😭

This might be late but Hanyan made a bet to threaten the consort into working with her( getting revenge for her mother). That plan could have gone south and implicated the fu family, that´s why the ml got mad, because she didnt consult him about the plan before hand and went behind his back. She brought up fyx being the adopted son because in the previous episodes where he tried to offer her marriage as a deal, he made a promise to her that he would tell her the truth about whatever she asked. She asked him if he was related to the pei case or whatever, i dont remember to be honest but she asked and he lied. He hid that information from her. That could have led her to die if she married him because by then if he got exposed, she would have been implicated or killed at worst. Her threatening the consort behind his back was a way to get revenge on him, give him a taste of his own medicine. Btw she didnt tell the consort about fyx being the adopted son. ☺️

So? that dosnt mean that you can spoil just because everyone else is doing so.
