There's something about this that makes me feel so obsessed with this. It's like I am completely bewitched. I am counting down not only hours but minutes.
Idk why I keep seeing comments saying KimMon won’t make it long-distance. Honestly, I think they will. If not them, then who? They’ve already been through so much together- misunderstandings, insecurities, tough conversations and every single time, they chose to come back to each other. That says something.
What makes them different is how they deal with things. They don’t just ignore problems or sweep them under the rug. They talk. Even when it’s hard. Even when they’re scared. They have small arguments, sure, but they don’t walk away like it never happened. They listen. They think about how the other person feels. It’s not perfect, but it’s real.
That kind of effort? That kind of love? It’s rare. And if they’ve made it through everything so far by holding onto each other, I don’t see why distance would be the thing to break them. If anything, I think it’ll just show them how strong they really are.
So a big no, I don’t think KimMon will fall apart. I think they’ll fight for it. Like they always have.
Phi: The coals are ages old. How could they start a fire? And then Tam- calm, deliberate, his eyes locked with Phi- lights the fire, right after telling Phi to sleep at his place if he truly has no feelings for him. And the way the fire ignites at the word 'deal'. This was one epic scene and the perfect metaphor. Old coals, yes. But still burning.
Prince Ramil, the character he is. He strutted onto the dance floor, shaking the glass in his hand, raising it high with that look- jealous, commanding, and just a bit dangerous. He gave the glass a little shake, then let it shatter on the floor without flinching, and the look he threw afterward? Pure drama, pure attitude- absolutely unapologetic and iconic.
My frustration is at it's peak. The amount of miscommunication and the amount of pull and push this series has is just way more than necessary. If not for epi 8 being the last epi, I think I would have dropped it this episode purely out of frustration. I don't have a problem with angst but this has just been going around in circles.
