I am making a prediction pretty early on but lets ses if i am right. Maybe FL hasn't died yet. She's in coma etc and will wake up again and die again to get her age back or ML will find a way to become old.
More prediction - Somi is younger version of Hesoo or she is some psycho stalker who was delusional about ML and believed his son to be hers.
Edit to add also spoiler - .. . . Somi was indeed Hesoo's younger versions but drama has lake size plot holes.
Lol the ML looks like an accountant. I couldn't help but laugh whenever he tried to act like a mafia head. The show was definitely low budget n it showed.
Omg! This drama is absolute best. And you should believe me because this is coming from a person who can only watch and like romance dramas. I don't watch non-romantic dramas but somehow i was fortunate enough to get into it and man i am so damn emotional. This drama is a must for korean drama lovers.

Same. I love this drama so much. I am sad it's not getting the level of appreciation it deserves. Do you know more similar dramas? ^_^ this drama is my top drama of this year.
