well...

The acting in this show is honestly terrible, except for the actress playing the queen and that Kem guy, who are the only ones that bring some depth to their characters. Everyone else either overacts or delivers their lines with zero emotion, making it hard to stay invested in the story. The direction doesn’t help either; most scenes feel disconnected, rushed, or awkwardly stretched out for no reason. It’s almost as if the director couldn’t decide on the tone... sometimes it tries to be serious, sometimes overly romantic, and sometimes unintentionally funny.

The story itself is another major issue. It lacks coherence, originality, and emotional weight. Instead of feeling like a well-written plot, it genuinely comes across like a Wattpad Y/N fanfic, where everything is exaggerated, cliché, and driven by random romantic moments rather than proper storytelling. The characters don’t grow, the motivations don’t make sense, and the conflicts feel forced just to create drama. Even the love scenes, which some viewers might expect to elevate the chemistry, can’t save the overall narrative because they feel repetitive and poorly integrated into the plot.

One of the few positive aspects is the background music. Surprisingly, the soundtrack is really good. The placements are thoughtful, and sometimes the music is the only thing giving a scene any emotional effect. It almost feels like the show doesn’t deserve such nice scoring, because the music creates the mood the script and acting fail to deliver.

Despite these small redeeming qualities, the show as a whole just isn’t good. The weak performances, sloppy direction, and Wattpad-like storyline overshadow everything else. If you’re hoping for solid acting, engaging characters, or a strong plot, this won’t satisfy you. Overall, it’s a disappointing watch.
