Well the authentic way is to use a tandoor, and that it is impossible so the other way was the method I told, and most westerners and many Indians do use that too

Just baking them in non stick pan, atleast use a normal pan and roast them with the flame

Was just watched episode 13, had a smile whole time but the way she baked naan, made me a bit offended as an Indian, but that's something else, I still love this series a lot.
