No worries and thanks!
Mars is on my PTW list. I have a week left till I'm free to indulge in dramathons again. :) (I have a dissertation to hand in on the 17th.)

I saw a few episodes of some Turkish dramas with my mother. They're okay, but I haven't really given them a proper try because they require commitment because there are seasons and I can't always be there to watch them. I recommend Asi which is a 2009 drama. Two seasons and kinda super popular in other countries too so you might find it subbed somewhere. :)

Twister chaser! HA!
I'm more of a 'get the hell away' kinda person. well I would be if I got caught up in one...Other direction is where I'm heading.
Weather must have settled down now, am I right?
You should go! I'm definitely gonna have to head back to Seoul one day really one of my favourite places. Egypt is great and felt like home but I swear pyramids are OVER RATED. I had no appreciation for the the history because of the heat, the smell (camels and horse dung), and the sand ( which isn't perfectly smooth like those liar movies claim, it is rocky and horrible). Best thing about my trip to desert was the horse riding. I did love that.

I haven't finished Bridal Mask. It is on hold due to pesky real life stuff! But I really do look forward to it.
I'm putting Baker King on my PTW list. :)
I know what you mean about getting stuck on a drama episode. It doesn't mean you don't enjoy it. You just end up sorta stuck and then life gets in the way.
By the way: Seen new Doc Who yet?

My mother loves dramas she really likes Turkish ones, Latin telenovelas and Arab series.
So it was just a matter of sitting her down to see an Asian one. First drama she watched was Hana Yori Dango.
She refuses to watch Boys over flowers because 'It's not the same.' Hehe.
I sometimes feel the same way about my parents. I'll think to myself maybe a DNA test is in order here? :P
I'm envious! I'm still trying to develop that perfect exercise system myself. My weight yo-yos waaaay too much. Like during this stressful summer period of dissertation writing. I gained like a ton!

I went to Seoul for a month in 2010. Such a brilliant place. I also been to Dubai (which is technically still Asia).
Africa wise, I been to Egypt though I had the opportunity to go to Somaliland with my family (peaceful region, no chaos of Somalia) but I chose to go Seoul instead.
NO REGRETS THERE. :)

7 years of French and I still struggle with it. Like I have to remember what I know. I even did it at university as a language credit which I aced...but yeah I exam well. When stuff is no longer useful I deleted from my memory. :(
I'm Queen of almost knowing languages. I can read arabic pretty well but only understand certain phrases.
I am bilingual as I speak Somali (native speaker: but do I speak it perfectly? the jury is out on that one. :P)
Phew. Storms must be terrifying. 10 deaths does seem a huge number to me. :( But I suppose everyone is thankful it wasn't a huge disaster like Katrina. Tornados! YIKES! We had a Tornado here in Birmingham (UK) in 2005. I didn't even realise it was a tornado until it was over. Freaked me out. I can't imagine having them on a regular basis. Apparently we do, but they are so weak no one really notices. Not huge types that Helen Hunt chases.

Culinary school sounds so amazing. Best of luck with that. :)
I can barely feed myself some days so it really impresses me when I meet people who are passionate about food.
Is Baker King any good? I haven't seen it.

AND YES! Harold is my favourite character too!
:D
I feel the same way.
Aww, that sounds like its gonna be fun. Mother-daughter bonding is brilliant. My sisters and I got my mother slightly hooked to Asian dramas. Those drama-thons are super fun. We're due one soon. Just gotta get my life in order first.

My Dutch is incredibly bad. But I can read and understand it better than I can speak it. It's like my brain doesn't connect when in a conversation. I'm all..."BRAIN THINK. YOU KNOW THIS!" And my mouth hangs open for ages unable to coherently string together one sentence.
I suppose that's what happens when you stop speaking a language.
Middle America huh...by the way..are you guys doing okay?
I heard on the news about Isaac. Scary stuff. Stay safe okie?
I've never been to the US. I've been Europe, Africa and Asia...just never done the journey the other way. I've always been curious. Must be an interesting place.
Was it called A People?s History? Because I think I may have heard of it. Sounds interesting anyway. I do love history. :)

I know about those magic grades...been counting on them my whole bloody life! One more time, one more time, one more time *crazy mantra and fingers crosses*
My kidlets are going to be the same. Either love or hate. I'm going to have several so if I screw up with one, at least another is bound to work out okay.
It'll be like those brilliant cooking programmes where they say "Do not worry, I made this one earlier." Hehe :P

Yoroshiku right back at yah. ^__^
You seem adorably quirky from your profile. Really poured a lot of yourself into it...so it feels like we instantly know you.
I especially love the Hogwarts and smell of old books part. And the family thing. I have huge family with massive personalities.!
I'll be honest I only know of Armenia because of System of a Down (an American-Armenian rock band). I'd love to know more about it though. Interesting place because it is Europe...but Asia....but Europe...In the middle. Must be a really cultured place with tons of history.

Haha. I always read your comments with a British accent.
Though I don't have a proper one. British but hard to place, slight American tinge. Sometimes I sound like whoever I stand next to. Basically I pick up accents.
Sometimes clean and proper. Sometimes anything but.
I lived in Holland til I was 10. But been through the school system here in England. Lived here for 12 years and I'm 22 now. But for some reason...my accent changes/adapts to where I am.
Daesung deserves more than a trot song at a concert. He deserves a proper promotional period with a solid mini album. Seungri got it because he fought for it. YG is too lazy to make things happen for his artists. You get neglected if you don't grab opportunities when you can. Ri totally is up for that. TOP and Dae should learn!
Obviously musical muscle behind BB is GD so he can't be denied by YG..and Taeyang the BFF gets his share.

Disney princesses...more dangerous than sex drugs and rock and roll combined. *shudders* I let my little sisters watch whatever they like but we have long talks about negative gender stereotypes afterwards. THEY JUST LOVE IT! Hehe.
I do get a little carried away with the pseudo-parenting crap. Practice for my future bratlings if I ever have them. :P
Law really is not as impressive as it is made out to be. The books are kinda terrifying but a little common sense and a way with words is all it takes. Maybe I'm just trying to be optimistic. Imma fail this dissertation. I JUST KNOW IT!
