Gif is from a drama called In Time With You, Taiwanese 2011 drama starring Bolin Chen and Ariel Lin. (he doesn't look as hot in the drama but he is sooo lovable but Sunny Wang makes up for the hotness)
i really hate how people say bad things about supporting actors here i mean ryu is a great actor u should see…
Yes you are completely right. I don't hate or love it yet...so I'm gonna keep watching til I make up my mind. No actor did bad in the show for me personally it was other things like length of scenes, direction, characterisation etc. Hope they fix that.

In 100% agreement.
I was sorta fooled by the hype which got me all 'YAY CAN'T WAIT TO START THIS EPIC DRAMA' mode...you can imagine my disappointment.
I wish people didn't 'big' things up. :(
Better to go in thinking it is crap only to realise how much you love it, instead of thinking you'll love it and realising it's not all that.
Gonna give it a couple more episodes though. Might surprise me. :)

Thought I'd bring the convo here since I get the feeling some LMH fans aren't too pleased with our lack of enthusiasm.
But yeah..I wouldn't say horrible because it had some scenes that redeemed it. But it wasn't good. It was just about okay (till the flashback...then it got weird and horrible). I was just really confused at what they were playing at meshing stuff. The flashback is what really bothered me. Like if they ended the episode before that happened...then I might have felt differently.
PEOPLE!! IGNORE THE BAD COMMENTS!!! This drama is actually good! I'm a picky person when it comes to dramas (I…
I said my fair share of harsh stuff about the drama. I wanna just add: To anyone thinking about watching it, please watch it and make up your mind.
I have started the drama and I do plan on continuing with it for now. It isn't a complete disaster. Just a bit disappointed that the hype didn't live up to it (in my opinion) and a few issues with certain things.
Again, sorry if my negative comments put people off. Please watch it. We all have different opinions. :D

Your frustration I get...
People shouldn't be singling out particular actors and blaming them 100%. Whether an actor shines or not depends on whether the project gives them a chance to shine.
Any blame should fall on the writer/director team.
Personally my problem wasn't Philip Lee or Ryu, but the old dudes sitting around the table plotting crap. Too long of a scene, could have been done better. No particular issues with the acting from anyone so far. In my opinion anyway.
Seen 2 episodes so far and there are already too many unnecessary scenes and too many scenes that are too long…
See that's the only way to explain it. I mean certain really good parts and then...BAM! Within the same episode, a scene later...the style changes, the characterisation changes and the dialogue flows weird. Either writers/directors are on acid and certain scenes are done whilst they're out of it...or we have different people doing different scenes. Maybe schitzophrenia. Somethings' gotta give...they're gonna kill the drama otherwise. This kinda stuff won't be acceptable later. I hope they change it, find their feet and stick with it properly. I really want to like this drama.
Wow... was I the only one that wasn't breath taken by the first episode? Still, Lee Min Ho is in this drama, so…
Never was a massive Lee Minho fan but he is kinda hot in this...kinda stupid amounts of HAWT.
Btw...totally agreed. Not a breath taken...except when I yawned through certain long in episode 2scenes.
Seen 2 episodes so far and there are already too many unnecessary scenes and too many scenes that are too long for no good reason. Lazy characterisation, a tough warrior guy who sleeps a lot? A bumbling surgeon who is obsessed with mystics?
And the plot? It's like the writers were on acid for certain parts. Obviously some good scenes that made we want to keep watching but too much unnecessary dialogue for stupid supporting actors! Gonna give it a couple more episodes but really there are better dramas so far.

K-pop featured massively in my drama obsession and before K-dramas I watched back in the day k-variety shows like X-man.
J-dramas are really good, a little more substance and less typical than K-dramas (which tend to be more romance centred) in my opinion. Yes the episodes are 45minutes and the average number of is 11 episodes per drama. Sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more like 8,9 or 10eps. I say you give them a go sometime. I'm sure you'll enjoy them. ^__^

2008. It was Hana Yori Dango followed by 1 Litre of Tears and Hana Kimi. I started with J-dramas even though I was a fan of K-pop first. The first K-drama I watched was Coffee Prince followed My Girl (but I never finished My girl) and Bad Family.

I don't think that it is incredible...but after watching so many fast paced dramas I liked the change in pace. I watched it at a time where I was getting annoyed with dramas. So I liked that it was slow. It gave me a chance to focus on other things Plus, I really do like Kim Tae Hee, so my score of 8 is biased to an extend. :P
I think it is enjoyable, interesting characters and some nice dialogue. But if I had to rate the story? It is flawed, slightly stale at times and drags a bit. So I get why it does come across as boring to some. It is one of those dramas where it isn't the story but the characters you have to like and sympathise with in order to continue with it. In that sense Kim Tae Hee performance stood out for me.
If she wasn't so <3 I wouldn't have liked it so much. :D

I've seen the drama. I liked it. The lack of over the top OST was refreshing. The slow development of the story I liked. I'm a big Kim Tae Hee fan, though Song Seung Hyun is kinda irritating at places. I just wanted to know your opinion on it. :)
