Iām rewatching for the second time and Iām shocked that Yumi didnāt even cry after her breakup with Babi! when she broke up with her first boyfriend in S1 and then with Woong there was a flood in the cell village. When she split with Babi in ep 10, her cells got a make-overš«¤ She got over the break-up way too easily which makes me think that she never actually loved Babi - he was just the rebound after Woong.

I agree! Good communication can bypass a multitude of misunderstandings and issues in life. We see so many instances in kdramas where if the characters had actually talked to each other, lots of problems would have been avoided. In case of Gaeul, if he were honest with her, they probably could have worked things out or at least end the relationship much sooner.

Once the honeymoon phase wore off, Jong-yeol became less attentive, while Eun-jae grew increasingly insecure and clingy. Since neither of them was very experienced in relationships, they struggled to communicate what they were feeling. What ended their relationship was that Eun-jae initiated the breakup expecting Jong-yeol to stop her and fight for the relationship. why did they make the ML such a weakling? The whole leg cramp in front of grandma and not being able to open the jar was ridiculous!
